The genera myricaria desv. And reaumuria linn. Are represented by five and four taxa, respectively in Pakistan. Mermania (L) desv.ssp. pakistanica qaiser is described here for the first time . R. panjgurica blatt. And halib. Is reduced to the subspective rank under R. alterifolia (labill) . britten (i.e. R.alterifolia (labill) . britten ssp. Panjgurica (blatt. And halib.) qaiser sts.
