Abstract
Phytohormones play a key function in plant defense. Herein, we attempted to illuminate the role of phytohormones in the salt tolerance induced by Phanerochaete chrysosporium biopriming of wheat grains. Therefore, we investigated phytohormones levels under salt stress treatments. Our results revealed that salt stress alleviation is mediated by increased levels of phytohormones triggered by seed biopriming with P. chrysosporium.
