Abstract
In order to compare the differences between the different varieties of Z. acidojujuba Cheng et Liu and Ziziphus spina-christi, and analyze its relationship with drought resistance, this study used paraffin section and optical microscopy to analyze the morphological and anatomical structures of the above-ground parts of two Ziziphus plants. Compare, observe the changes in morphology and structure during the growth process, and perform relevant data analysis. The results showed that with the growth, there are obvious differences in morphological characteristics, epidermal characteristics, and anatomical structure of Z. acidojujuba Cheng et Liu and Ziziphus spina-christi. Among them, the difference in morphological characteristics is mainly manifested in leaf shape index, plant height, stem thickness and chlorophyll content, and epidermal characteristics. There are also obvious differences between the stomata density, size, aperture, and anatomical structure. Therefore, this study analyzed the differences in the morphology and anatomical structure of the stems and leaves of the Z. acidojujuba Cheng et Liu and the Ziziphus spina-christi to observe the similarities and differences in the growth changes between the two and their relationship with drought resistance.
