Clinical evaluation of the comfort nursing in gynecological patients with laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effect of the comfort nursing on gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. This clinical study totally includes 90 patients with Ovarian Cyst. All patients are randomly divided into control group(n=45) and experimental group(n=45). control group patients undergo the comfort nursing, and experimental group undergo conventional nursing. General comfort questionnaire(GCQ) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression(HAD) are utilized to assess the effect. For GCQ, the results show that environment score and total score in the experimental group are significant higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There are no statistical difference in physiology score, psychology score, society score between the two groups of patients. HAD score in the experimental group is better than those of the control group(P＜0.05). this clinical study suggests that the comfort nursing is an effective tool to improve the efficacy of gynecological patients undergoing Laparoscopic surgery.
