Abstract

Analysis mean performance 33elite genotypes showed significant differences among the germplasms lines for the characters days to 50 % flowering, days to maturity, plant height, head diameter, seed filling percentage, hull content/ oil content, volume weight, 100-seed weight, seed yield per plant. top most all characters accessions GMU-383,GMU-495,GMU-78,GMU-177,DRSF-113,DRSF-108, PUHLE BHASKAR, GMU-934 This suggests that there is a large range of diversity in yield and its contributing features among germplasms lines, allowing for effective selection for desired traits. The yield component features showed a wide range of variation in the current investigation.
