Ceriporia lacerata (Phanerochaetaceae, Basidiomycota) from Pakistan
Abstract
A Ceriporia species was collected during a field survey in Malakand district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Based on morphological characteristics and the molecular data from internal transcribed spacer rDNA, the species was identified as Ceriporia lacerata. A literature review confirms this to be the first record of the species from Pakistan.
