In this study, four species of genus Trichoderma viz. T. citrinoviridi, T. erinaceum, T. harzianum and T. longibranchiatum have been isolated from industrial effluents and out of these, three taxa are being reported here as new records for Pakistan. These taxa have been described on morphological basis supported by molecular-phylogenetic analysis. Illustrations of microscopic features and phylogenetic tree based on ITS-nrDNA region are also provided.
