Abstract
In order to detect tolerance mechanisms in plants and increase the resistance of plants to stress factors, first of all, it is necessary to determine the physiological and genetic changes occurring in plants, and to investigate the effects of these changes in stress-resistant and sensitive plant genotypes. Conducting such studies can also help identify important genes that are resistant to stress factors in individual genotypes. The identification of stress-resistant gene sources and their use as a donor in practical selection are among the most important issues currently in the selection process.
