PERSPECTIVES OF USING OF SOME RELICT PLANTS IN URBAN GREENING

Abstract
The presented article studied the perspectives of the use of relict plants belonging to the natural flora of Azerbaijan in landscapingtheurbanized areas. For this purpose starting from 2014, plants such as Albizzia julibrissin Dur., Castanea sativa Mill., Ficus carica L., Gleditshia caspia Desf., Parrotia persica (D.C.) C.A.M., Pinus eldarica Medw., Platanus orientalis L., Punica granatum L. və Quercus castaneifolia C.A.M. have been assesed on the fungus biota and degree of spread of diseases caused by them. It was clear that 65 species of real fungi (Mycota) present in the formation of mycobiota of relict trees, 84,6% of them have the potential for pathology to some degree. Though the use of relict plants in the urban landscaping can be effective. Besides that their mycobiota are poor compared with trees widely used in urban landscaping, the degree of spread of diseases is characterised by low quantity indicator.
