Abstract
Sunflower becomes adeptly third established supplier of the vegetable oil. By accounting this enchanting universal significance of a crop existing survey was achieved. The principle behind this investigation was to accentuate the impact of oil producing crops and to propose; the foremost hybrids according to the native climatic conditions. The local sunflower hybrids along with two checks i.e. (Hysun-33 from Australia and NKS-278 from USA) were evaluated. The scatter plot presentation of morphological traits involving PC1 and PC 2 contribute for maximum assortment clarify hybrids arrangement reveals that the 0942, 0932, Hysun-33, 1106, 1019 and 0951 adds positive load pertaining to considered traits and established utmost variation and linkage distance for considered traits. The other ones 0933, SH-K-4, T-40318, 1104 and 1105 reports minimum linkages and were found in same clusters. The SH-K-6 and 1003 had positive correlation regarding to achenes yield and dry achenes weight. The arrangement recommends utmost opportunity for rapid elimination or addition of most important features for the breeding and preliminary evaluation in each trail. The morpho-genetic analysis reveals high divergence in 0942, 1003, Hysun-33 and 0821 pertaining to quantitative characters. These outcomes in some way are in agreement with our preceding analysis conducted morphologically and present a basis for the future studies.
