VARIATION AMONG FIVE VARIETIES OF CORIANDER , CORIANDRUM SATIVUM L.

Abstract
Five locallv available varieties of coriander were
studied with regard to variation in morphological characters and some traits of economic importance. Conspicuous differences were observed in date of maturity, seed size, yield and lipid content if seeds. There was highly significant positive regression of fruit length on floral diameter. The chromosome number was confirmed to be n=11.
