Abstract
sclerotium delphini was found to secrete
oxalic acid in the medium inhiniting growth of fungi conidia of trichoderma spp. Produced inflated vesicles and chowed lysis where as gliocladium raseam, fusarium solani, F. oxysporum , coniothyrium minitans , potrytis elnera and mucor sp. . did not germinate at all. The metablic produced by S.delphini may be important in completion with other soil micro-organisms.
