Abstract
Cyanobacteria a rich source for many useful natural products are used as feed and fertilizer. Optimum condition for their mass culture was evaluated. Here we characterize five marine cyanobacterial species isolated from different niches at Buleji, a rocky shore near Karachi and describe their pH and salinity requirements.
